Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the WalkingPad is clean and securely packed in its original box with all power cords, remote controls, and safety keys included.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
